Meet The Owner

In 2012, Elmer Fisher entered the landscaping industry. He worked as an apprentice to a landscape designer in Reading Pa with 40+ years of experience. Marriage brought Elmer to Cumberland Valley where he decided to continue his passion of landscaping by launching Potted Luck in 2017.
With Potted Luck, Yard work is no longer a chore.
